Personal Tax Senior – Cumbria

Are you an experienced personal tax professional looking for a role with a well-established practice where you can build strong client relationships and continue developing your career?

We’re working with a long-standing and growing accountancy firm in Cumbria that is looking to appoint a Personal Tax Senior to join its friendly and experienced tax team.

You’ll look after a varied portfolio of clients, including high-net-worth individuals, business owners, landlords and trusts , taking responsibility for the delivery of personal tax compliance and providing a high level of client service. The role will include preparing and reviewing Self Assessment tax returns, dealing with HMRC and responding to client queries, alongside opportunities to become involved in more technical areas of personal tax.

This would suit someone who enjoys having ownership of their work and developing trusted, long-term relationships with clients. You’ll need strong UK personal tax experience and a professional, proactive approach, with the ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team.

ATT or CTA qualification would be advantageous , although candidates who are qualified by experience will also be considered.
