Trusts Manager - Kent Hybrid Working | High-Quality Private Client Work An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Trusts Manager to join a well-regarded boutique law firm based in Kent . Known for its personalised approach and loyal client base, the firm offers a collaborative environment and high-quality work across private client services. This is a key position within the team, ideal for someone with strong experience in trust administration , a proactive attitude, and a desire to make a real impact in a growing and supportive firm. Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio of trusts, including discretionary, life interest, and charitable trusts
- Preparing trust accounts and tax returns, and liaising with HMRC
- Overseeing annual compliance, distributions, and trust reviews
- Working closely with solicitors, clients, and financial advisors
- Supporting the private client team on estate planning and related tax matters
- Strong experience in trust administration (legal or accountancy background considered)
- Good working knowledge of trust taxation and reporting requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident in client communication and team collaboration
