regarded planning consultancy in London looking to appoint a Town Planner to
support a growing portfolio of residential and mixed -use developments across
Greater London.
<\/p>

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially aware
planner either MRTPI or on the pathway to chartership, looking to develop their
consultancy career.

The Role: <\/b>
<\/p>

• Preparing
  and submitting planning applications
  <\/li>
• Drafting
  Planning Statements, DAS and supporting documents
  <\/li>
• Promoting
  sites through the Local Plan process
  <\/li>
• Assisting
  with planning appeals
  <\/li>
• Managing
  client relationships on smaller schemes
  <\/li>
• Liaising
  with local authorities and consultees
  <\/li><\/ul>

  About You: <\/b>
  <\/p>

  • MRTPI
    or actively working towards chartership
    <\/li>
  • Experience
    gained in consultancy, local authority or developer -side
    <\/li>
  • Strong
    report writing skills
    <\/li>
  • Good
    knowledge of the London planning environment
    <\/li>
  • Commercial
    awareness and client -facing confidence
    <\/li><\/ul>
