Are you an experienced ACA &/or CTA Qualified Corporate Tax Manager looking for a genuine forward step in your career at a large national practice in Northampton?

Our client are looking for an experienced Corporate Tax Specialist at Assistant Manager, Manager or Senior Manager level who has the potential to further develop the corporate tax offering. This is an opportunity to take control and grow an already significant portfolio of Corporate clients, OMBs, SMEs, multinational & some listed clients.

Capital reduction demergers and corporate restructuring
Advice for shareholders (corporate and family) on disposals (typical values range from £10-100m)
Tax due diligence
Share scheme planning (EMI, growth shares etc.)

We are looking for an individual with some experience of tax advisory work although this may only be on limited areas. Most importantly, we are looking for motivated and forward-thinking individuals who are keen to develop their skills and build great relationships with existing and future clients.

You will be commercially minded and confident dealing with entrepreneurial clients, you will need to be confident in providing technical back up to the partners.

The local Northampton office is commutable from areas such as: Milton Keynes, Kettering, Wellingborough, Bedford, Banbury Rugby etc.
