Sales Administrator
£28k - £30k per annumOur well-established manufacturing client, based in Tewkesbury, is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. This newly created role offers the opportunity to play a key part in supporting the business and its customer relationships.
This is an excellent role for someone looking to develop their career. You will be supported in building knowledge of the company, its processes and customers, with the potential for the right person to develop into an account management type role as you gain experience and confidence.
The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive and commercially curious, with excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to learn and develop. Previous experience in sales administration, customer service or a similar commercial role would be beneficial.
Responsibilities:
-Process customer orders accurately and on time.
-Update and maintain order information in internal systems and Salesforce CRM.
-Work with Sales, Supply Chain, and Production to ensure orders are delivered as promised.
-Support Account Managers with order administration and customer queries.
-Identify and escalate any issues with orders, stock, pricing, or deliveries.
-Keep accurate order records and prepare basic reports.
-Communicate with internal teams to resolve queries and provide order updates.
-Assist with quotations and general administrative support when required.
-Follow Health & Safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5pm, Friday 8.30am to 4pm
Salary: £28,000 to £30,000 depending on experience + 23 days holiday (plus bank holidays) + free onsite parking
