SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA) Redhill, Surrey £92.63 - £100 per day Full-Time | Long-Term Opportunity Are you a caring and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant looking to support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We are currently seeking a dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming and inclusive school in the Redhill area. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to work closely with pupils who have a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and moderate learning needs. The Role As an SEN Learning Support Assistant, you will: Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils with SEN.Assist teachers in delivering engaging and accessible learning activities.Support students with their academic, social, and emotional development.Encourage independence, confidence, and positive behaviour.Help implement individual learning plans and targeted interventions.Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, therapists, and parents to ensure pupils receive the support they need. The Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: Has experience working with children or young people with SEN.Is patient, compassionate, and adaptable.Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Can build positive and supportive relationships with pupils.Is passionate about helping children overcome barriers to learning.Holds an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or is willing to obtain one.
