Responsibilities

• As a Team Leader it will be your duty to oversee the day to day running of the service. This will include supporting the staff team and the people supported.
• There will be a requirement to cover sleep in sessions. You will be paid an additional £60 per sleep in.
• As a Team Leader you will be required to be part of the On Call rota for the service. You will be paid an additional £10 per session.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Evidence of continued professional and personal development.
• Experience of working with client group.
• At least two years experience as an Enabling Support Worker or equivalent.
• QCF 3 in Health & Social Care or working towards.
• Completion of relevant Foundation Training e.g. moving and handling,
• Evidence of continued professional and personal development.

Desirable Skills

• Previous supervisory experience.
