Responsibilities
- Optimize supply chain key performance indicators using Danaher Business System methodology
- Maintain master production plan from monthly S&OP process incorporating live sales data
- Lead supply chain team including planners, buyers, and warehouse associates
- Develop supplier relationships and communication channels for performance improvements
- Ensure efficient warehouse operations and product flow through sterilization and distribution
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or science discipline
- Seven years progressive operations or supply chain leadership in high-volume manufacturing
- Experience in life sciences or regulated industry environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to resolve complex issues
- Advanced analytical, presentation, and interpersonal communication abilities
- Ability to lead and influence across organizational levels
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time as needed
