What you'll do
- Coach individuals through career transitions using personalised plans and proven programmes; track outcomes and iterate for continuous improvement.
- Lead one-to-one and group sessions, build your own client pipeline, and manage relationships end-to-end.
- Apply modern personal development practices and AI-enhanced techniques to accelerate results.
- Contribute to a collaborative, mission-driven team culture focused on positive impact.
What you'll bring
- 6+ years across HR, talent sourcing, team leadership, coaching, or executive-level experience.
- Self-starter who thrives with autonomy; proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable running your own practice.
- Growth mindset, curiosity, and strong, influential communication skills.
