Fantastic opportunity for Senior Accountant to join a growing firm based in Keighley.
This independent firm offer a variety of services to their wide range of clients, from audit, accounts, tax, bookkeeping, and payroll.
As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for:
- Preparation of statutory year end accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.
- Book-keeping and management accounts preparation
- Preparing and submitting self-assessment & partnership tax returns, and VAT returns.
- Liaising with clients.
- Supporting and guiding less experienced staff.
To qualify for this Senior Accountant position, ideally you should meet the following:
- Experience of Iris, Xero, Quick Books, Sage would be beneficial.
- Able to work on own initiative to meet deadlines.
- Friendly, confident manner and be happy to work as part of a team as well as independently.
- Audit experience would also be preferable.
- AAT qualified or qualified by experience.
- Experience working as a Senior Accountant in Practice.
