Our client is an awarding winning and well established tour operator now seeking experienced worldwide travel consultants to join their friendly and busy team. If you are looking to work in dynamic and professional environment with career progression and excellent earning potential this is the role for you.
This tour operator offer a wide range of inspiring tailormade holidays to the discerning clientele. This includes adventure travel, self drive, city breaks, luxury travel, honeymoons and tours throughout Asia, Africa, Australia and New Zealand.
This exciting specialist role includes an array of tasks in which no say will be the same, this includes:
- Creating tailormade travel to either Asia, Africa, Australia or New Zealand.
- Providing an efficient and courteous customer service.
- Arranging flights, hotels, apartments, tours and many travel extras as per the customers request.
- Using your travel knowledge to provide advice and recommendations.
- Up selling travel extras
- Account managing customers from start to finish.
What are we looking for?
- Experience in selling and tailormaking travel itineraries to either Asia, Africa. Australasia or New Zealand.
- Extensive travel to either of the above destinations is key
- Proven tour operator or travel agency experience in sales
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build a rapport with customers and establish their needs
- Excellent attention to detail
- Passionate travel people!
