Reporting into the Global Leadership, the candidate will be based in BANGALORE, INDIA and will lead architecture and development of high-performance Oven Controlled Crystal Oscillator (OCXO) products. Key responsibilities:
- Designing and optimising ultra-low phase noise OCXO architectures for defence , aerospace and precision timing applications .
- Developing oscillator circuits, sustaining amplifiers and thermal control systems to achieve phase noise and frequency stability performance.
- Selecting, characterising and optimising quartz crystal resonators and associated frequency control components.
- Performing circuit simulations, worst-case analysis, reliability assessments and compliance evaluations.
- Developing automated test methodologies for phase noise, ageing, environmental validation.
- Supporting prototype-to-production transitions
- Driving innovation across next-generation timing technologies, including MEMS, advanced resonators and emerging oscillator solutions
- Leading design reviews, technical trade studies and customer-facing engineering discussions.
