Our client is seeking a detail-oriented HR Assistant to join their busy central personnel team from September. This position is ideal for an administrator with a keen interest in human resources looking to gain comprehensive hands-on HR experience within an educational environment.

Key responsibilities include processing job application forms, scheduling interview panels, collating pre-employment vetting checks (references, right-to-work, barred list checks, and DBS verification), and updating the Single Central Record (SCR). You will also assist with monthly payroll data entry, draft offer letters and employment contracts, maintain accurate digital personnel files, and serve as a helpful first point of contact for staff HR inquiries.
