Recognised by the leading legal directories, the team acts for a broad range of clients including developers, investors, PLCs, owner-managed businesses and private individuals.This is an opportunity to join a well-established property disputes practice handling a varied caseload across commercial and residential real estate matters.The role will involve advising on:Commercial landlord and tenant disputesLease renewals under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954Dilapidations, rent reviews, break notices, forfeiture and possession claimsDevelopment and contractual disputesEasements, restrictive covenants and boundary issuesLand ownership, adverse possession and co-ownership disputesProperty-related insolvency mattersHigh Court, County Court and Tribunal proceedingsMediation and other forms of dispute resolutionYou will work within a supportive and collaborative team environment, with access to excellent resources, training and opportunities for career development. The firm operates a flexible hybrid working model.Candidates should have strong academics and quality property litigation experience gained within a respected City, national or regional practice.
