About the role

Connex Education are supporting a mainstream primary school in Garforth assisting them in recruiting a L3 Early Years Teaching Assistany to help run their Breakfast and Afterschool club. This role is idea for someone looking for flexiblity in their day. The role starts at 7.30 – 9.00 and the 15.00 – 18.00. 

About the school

This welcoming primary school prides itself on the community within the school. As a level 3 qualified Teaching Assistant you will be responsibile for setting up activities and the breakfst and afterschool club. Aswell you will be required to assist the children with breakfast and snacks. You will also have the opportunity to work in the school holidays at holiday club. 

Assignment details

This role is long term assignment start ASAP and will be ongoing and permanent for the right candidate. The role also offers opportunities to work in the holiday club at the school.

Person Specification

• Have experience of working in a classroom environment or similar setting
• Have a current DBS on the update service or willing to provide a new one
• Hold a Level 3 Eary Years qualification
