Life Skills Recovery Worker
Coordinate and facilitate activities for patient Promoting a safe environment of care that safeguards and protects patients and staff against undue risk. Facilitating a positive role for patients where open communication and opportunities for learning and decision-making are promoted. As a Life Skills recovery Worker, you will assist in the provision of outstanding recovery focused care as part of the nursing team and wider multi-disciplinary team. Our mission is to make a positive difference to people's lives by improving the quality of life for all we serve.
