Electrician needed in Loughborough Paying £24 per hr ref OR104033Full time hours on a temporarybasisKey ResponsibilitiesSupport the Repairs Team Leaders in delivering an excellent: Vacant property repairs serviceResponsive repairs serviceGas servicing, maintenance and compliance servicePlanned maintenance serviceCarry out a wide range of electrical repair and maintenance tasks within a multi-skilled environment.Work flexibly across trades when required, supporting peaks and troughs in demand or skills availability.Complete all work to a high standard of quality, safety, and productivity.Ensure repairs are completed promptly and within agreed timescales.Introduce yourself to tenants professionally, present valid identification, explain the nature of the work, and wear overshoes when entering occupied properties.Liaise with other trades to ensure efficient coordination and smooth completion of works.Notify Repairs Team Leaders of any major variations, unexpected issues, or further works required.Adhere to all relevant health and safety legislation, codes of practice and internal procedures.Maintain accurate records, certificates, and job completion details using handheld devices or manual documentation.Represent the organisation professionally and uphold excellent customer service at all times.If you are interested in the role, please email your CV to quoting the reference number.Essential Employment is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
