Robert Half Technology are assisting the world's leading global fashion powerhouse to recruit a Junior IT Support Engineer on a contract basis - London based
Role
- The Junior IT Support Engineer will be responsible for the proactive monitoring, maintenance and support/escalation of the incoming IT support requests either by email, phone or internal ticketing system.
- To develop support documentation where required to improve the user experience.
- Provide on occasion out of hours support as required.
- To assist the Group Technology and wider Information
- Any other ad-hoc work requests as determined by the Group IT Manager.
Profile
- The Junior IT Support Engineer will ideally have c1-2 years of experience in an IT support role,
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Experience with hardware troubleshooting, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Familiarity with networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional end-user support.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft certifications, or ITIL Foundation are a plus.

- Active Directory & Microsoft 365 Support
- Hardware, Desktop, Laptop & Printer Support
- Networking Fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- IT Ticketing Systems & End-User Support Skills
