Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Process Operator to manufacture, inspect, test, and package life-science products in Braunton. The role involves assembly tasks, machinery operation, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Manufacture, inspect, test, and package products to quality and safety standards
- Perform precise assembly tasks including fitting tubing, connectors, and boxing products
- Operate machinery and workstations safely and efficiently
- Meet production targets and support production priorities
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Requirements
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented with positive attitude
- Literate and numerate with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible shift patterns including 8–12 hour shifts
- Willingness to learn Lean Manufacturing and participate in Kaizen events
- Teamwork and communication skills
- Machine operating or clean room experience (preferred)
