We’re reinventing the world of accounting for good! To help us achieve this, we’re looking for the next generation of forward-thinking Company Secretaries to join our Managed Business Services Team in London.

As part of the Business Services Team, you’ll provide high-quality Co-Sec services to clients while studying towards the Chartered Governance Institute (CGI) qualifications through a structured apprenticeship programme. This programme is designed to develop not only your technical expertise but also your personal and professional skills.

After completing the CGI exams, we’ll support your continued career progression by combining professional qualifications with daily learning from our team of specialists, you’ll gain the knowledge and experience to advance your career.

Training includes a mix of tutor-led courses, private study, regular exams, and on-the-job learning. You’ll receive paid study leave to prepare for exams, and we’ll cover all course and exam fees.

Requirements

We’re looking for talented school leavers who want to learn, contribute and succeed. The ideal candidates will also embody our company values:

We’re looking for ambitious students who have the following qualifications:

• 120 UCAS points from your top 3 grades, excluding General Studies under the 2017 tariff point system at A Level (300 UCAS points pre-2017), or equivalent.

• Minimum Grade 5 or B GCSE Maths (or equivalent)

• Minimum Grade 5 or B GCSE English Language (or equivalent)

• Be available to start a training programme in 2026 or early 2027 (therefore not still studying towards A Levels or equivalent).
