Support menu development and introduce fresh ideas and flavours Prepare, cook and plate dishes efficiently to a high standard Lead the kitchen team in the Head Chef's absence Maintain strong food safety, hygiene and storage standards Monitor stock, portion control and food costs to minimise waste Keep the kitchen clean, organised and running efficiently Stay up to date with current culinary trends and techniques What we're looking for The ideal candidate will be a motivated Chef with strong kitchen experience and the confidence to support a team.
