SEN Teaching Assistant

In this role, you will work collaboratively with class teachers and the wider SEN team to deliver tailored, high-quality support for pupils with diverse additional needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, Speech and Language difficulties, and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Operating on both a one-to-one and small-group basis, you will implement targeted interventions to help pupils overcome barriers to learning, build academic confidence, and achieve their full potential.
