Corporate Tax Director, Corporate & International Tax
Manchester City Centre
Package: £100,000 - £120,000 + Benefits + Bonus
- Lead the organisation's global corporate and international tax strategy
- Oversee all corporate tax compliance and reporting across jurisdictions
- Manage global tax planning, including cross?border structuring and optimisation
- Ensure adherence to international tax regulations (e.g., BEPS, Pillar Two)
- Direct global transfer pricing policies, documentation, and audits.
- Assess and manage tax risks, leading responses to tax audits and disputes
- Advise senior leadership on tax implications of business decisions, M&A, and restructurings.
- Collaborate with finance, legal, treasury, and operational teams on tax?related matters.
- Maintain strong internal controls and governance over tax processes
- Lead and develop the global tax team, fostering capability and knowledge growth
- Drive process improvements and technology adoption within the tax function
What you'll need to succeed:
- Senior Manager looking to make step up, someone who is market facing with a good network in Manchester
- Seasoned Director who wants a clear pathway to partner working with a big 4 accountancy firm
- Experience working on corporate tax, compliance & advisory
- Relationships driven with strong stakeholder management skills
