As Deputy Head of Faculty, you'll:
Support the strategic leadership and day-to-day management of the faculty
Step confidently into the Head of Faculty role when required
Champion outstanding teaching, learning, and assessment
Lead quality assurance and improvement activities
Support, develop and motivate talented teaching staff
