SEN Teaching Assistant | Havering | £85.50 - £110 per day | ASAP Start
Reeson Education is looking for compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant professionals for immediate start roles across Havering, including Romford, Hornchurch, Upminster and Rainham.
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with additional needs across a range of welcoming and inclusive primary schools.

Responsibilities of a SEN Teaching Assistant:
- Provide 1:1 support as a SEN Teaching Assistant
- Support small groups of pupils as a SEN Teaching Assistant
- Work with children with autism, ADHD, SEMH and speech & language needs as a SEN Teaching Assistant
- Work alongside teachers and SENCO as a SEN Teaching Assistant
- Promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation as a SEN Teaching Assistant
Requirements for a SEN Teaching Assistant:
- Experience working with SEN pupils or as a SEN Teaching Assistant
- A caring, patient and adaptable approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Understanding of behaviour management strategies
- Availability for an immediate start as a SEN Teaching Assistant
