Xero Advisor / Bookkeeper / Management Accountant
A chartered accountancy practice in Brighton, providing quality advice and services to a wide range of clients across Sussex for over 30 years are expanding as a result of ongoing growth.
They have an exciting opportunity for a Xero Advisor / Bookkeeper / Management Accountant to join their friendly team, mostly focussing on management accounts, bookkeeping and VAT work, but most of all offering support to their clients.
The firm is committed to a high growth programme and they are looking to recruit a new member of staff to help support the existing team with their expanding portfolio sizes.
Client base is varied, focussing on different sectors and sizes. They predominantly work with SME business owners, Finance Directors of domestic and international companies/groups.
They are committed to creating an equitable workplace that values and respects individuals from all backgrounds. Whilst it is preferred that the role is full-time, part-time requests will be considered for the right person.
The ideal candidate with have the following experience, skills and knowledge;
- AAT qualification
- Xero certification or previous experience in Xero and other cloud software packages
- Minimum of 2 years, management accounts and book-keeping experience, with good VAT and CIS knowledge
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication with team members and clients
- Ability to work accurately and analyse financial information
- Strong work ethic and “can do” attitude
