This growing manufacturing business is looking for a sharp, commercially driven Supply Chain Manager with a background in Engineering to lead a team of Buyers and Planners, whilst strengthening supplier performance, and overseeing the production facility.
What You’ll Own
- Engineering parts, materials, tooling & services procurement
- On ‑ time material availability (critical to production success)
- Supplier sourcing, onboarding & performance reviews
- Cost savings, contract negotiation & commercial improvement
- MRP management (BC) and accurate pricing data
- Leadership, coaching & KPI ‑ driven team development
