Person specification: Qualifications: * Degree in Biomedical Science or related discipline Registration & Compliance: * HCPC registration Key Skills: * Strong technical knowledge in core haematology and blood film morphology * Ability to identify malarial parasites and perform Sickle test/haemoglobinopathy screening * Ability to work effectively during out-of-hours shifts * Competence using laboratory IT systems including Clinysis Labcentre and Winpath Enterprise Experience: * Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant biomedical science role * Experience working within haematology laboratory services * Experience performing specialist coagulation tasks and factor assays is beneficial Why Dundee?
