Your Role
As a member of our luxury hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service standards and creating memorable guest experiences, including:
✨ Providing attentive, discreet, and personalised service to guests.
️ Taking food and beverage orders with confidence and professionalism.
Serving food, wine, cocktails, and premium beverages to the highest standards.
Managing your section efficiently while anticipating guest needs.
Maintaining immaculate presentation of dining and service areas throughout service.
Handling payments and guest transactions accurately.
Preparing service areas and ensuring all glassware, cutlery, and equipment are presented to luxury hospitality standards.
Building rapport with guests and consistently exceeding expectations through exceptional customer care.
What We're Looking For
✔ Previous hospitality experience within hotels, fine dining restaurants, premium events, or luxury venues preferred.
✔ Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
