Customer Service Specialist

We are searching for individuals with a passion for providing excellent customer service to join our team. We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team on a 12-month Fixed Term basis. This position is primarily remote however; you will be expected to attend full time training at our Belfast office for an initial period of 4 weeks. After this period, you will primarily work from home.

Responsibilities

• Inbound call handling for a wide range of issues
• Providing customer service
• Attempting to resolve customer queries on the first point of contact
• Dealing with complex queries to the best of your ability and escalating when necessary
• Recording all customer contacts on internal systems in a concise and accurate manner
• Ensuring you maintain an excellent standard of call quality and adherence to targets and KPIs

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Strong communication and computer literacy skills
• Customer focused with an excellent telephone manner
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous customer service experience
