Oliver Smith Recruitment are working exclusively with our key client in Glasgow to hire an experienced Bookkeeper on a permanent contract.
The right candidate will ideally have worked in a small retail or hospitality business and be used to a hands on working environment and be happy to be flexible to the nature of their day to day duties.
Duties:
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Managing AP / supplier payments
- Payroll (weekly and monthly)
- Oversee AR (including invoicing and Credit Control)
- Monthly journals and month - end processes
- Bank reconciliations
- Assisting with quarterly VAT preparation
- Preparing bimonthly payment run reports
- Supporting the annual preparation of budgets, financial forecasts and the audit process.
Interviews will be held next week.
