Join Our Team as a 1:1 Teaching Assistant!

Role Overview: As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with a specific student to provide tailored support that meets their unique needs. Your role will involve:
- Assisting the student with daily classroom activities and assignments.
- Implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and adapting learning materials.
- Supporting the student's social and emotional development.
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and specialists to ensure a cohesive approach to the student's education.
- Monitoring and recording the student’s progress and communicating findings effectively.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role or working with children with special educational needs (SEN) is preferred.
- A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other staff.
- Relevant qualifications or training in education or SEN support is a plus.
