- Manage front-of-house operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries will only be (10-15% of the role)
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure facilities are prepared for use.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- General admin assistance to the EA's, sat with them growing and learning!
- Support the team with diary management and scheduling where needed.
- Distribute and manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain office supplies and liaise with suppliers for replenishment.
- Provide ad hoc support to various departments as required.
