Senior Asset Surveyor

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Asset Surveyor to provide leadership, quality assurance and technical expertise across our asset surveying function. This role will lead and develop a team of surveyors, ensuring inspections and outputs are consistent, accurate and aligned with regulatory and organisational standards.

You will oversee quality assurance frameworks, manage complex and high-risk cases, and act as the key technical escalation point. A strong focus of the role is driving performance, improving standards and embedding a proactive, risk-based approach to asset management.

Working collaboratively across teams, you will ensure surveying insights inform wider asset strategy and investment decisions, helping to deliver safe, compliant and well-maintained homes.

This is a key leadership role requiring strong technical knowledge, people management capability and a passion for continuous improvement and customer-focused outcomes
