We are looking for exceptional nurses to join our team on Ward 26 We welcome applications from Nurses who are experienced, newly qualified or due to qualify. We are a 29-bed medical ward caring for acutely ill adults, we specialise in diabetic and endocrinology. If you are a passionate, motivated, innovative, dynamic and driven nurse, who is committed to providing high-quality nursing care within a multidisciplinary team and wish to develop your skills and competence within medicine, we want you to join our team. Main duties of the job
We provide 24 hour care and the successful candidate would be expected to work shifts on an internal rotation basis. You will be required to deliver quality care in line with the Trust care values, commitment, dedication and enthusiasm for the role. In return, we offer opportunities for our nurses to develop in all aspects of their practice through internal and external training, for care standards to be maintained and evidence based practices to be delivered. - Evidence of Professional Development
- Suitable for newly qualified or experienced staff nurse
- Experience of maintaining accurate records
- Relevant clinical knowledge and experience
- Act as a practice supervisor
- Willing to undertake NMC Assessor and mentorship
- Relevant Degree or willing to register to work towards degree
- Relevant or willingness to undertake relevant module/course
- NHS Experience
- Awareness of Health Policies and the changing NHS environment
