Applicant will be a experience Griller, who can cooks signature flame-grilled chicken and menu items, manages grill temperatures, maintain food hygiene, and support fast paced kitchen operations to deliver quality food.

Responsibilities

• Chop ingredients, marinate meats and set up the station.
• Maintain food hygiene.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Must know cleaning and organising the grill area, and must ability to work fast under pressure and follow instructions.

Desirable Skills

• Prior Grill or Kitchen experience is helpful.
