A growing cleaning company in the UK is looking for experienced End of Tenancy Cleaning Specialists to help prepare residential properties for new tenants.
If you're experienced in detailed cleaning, take pride in your work, and can work independently to a high standard, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
Carry out detailed end-of-tenancy cleaning
Deep clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas
Clean inside cupboards, appliances and fitted units
Clean doors, window frames, blinds and other surfaces
Remove dirt, dust and build-up throughout the property
Leave each property clean, fresh and ready for its next occupants
What We Offer
Flexible part-time cleaning assignments
Local jobs available on an ongoing basis
Most bookings are approximately 4–8 hours
Weekday work with regular weekend opportunities
Clear instructions provided for every job
Pay & Benefits
£15 per hour
£18 per completed job when using your own cleaning equipment and products
Travel time paid where applicable
Client parking costs covered, excluding properties where only street parking is available
Requirements
At least 2 years' end-of-tenancy cleaning experience
Strong attention to detail
Comfortable working independently
Own professional cleaning equipment and products
Own reliable vehicle – public transport is not suitable
Good communication and organisational skills
Dependable, punctual and trustworthy
£15 per hour
