The Role
An Ofsted-rated Good secondary school in Dudley is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic French & Spanish Teacher to join their Modern Foreign Languages department from September 2026 on a long-term supply basis.
The role involves teaching French and Spanish across KS3 and KS4, delivering engaging lessons that develop students’ speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills. You will support pupils in preparing for GCSE Modern Foreign Languages, helping to build confidence, fluency, and cultural awareness while fostering a passion for language learning.
Responsibilities include planning and delivering lessons, assessing student progress, and maintaining a structured and positive classroom environment with high expectations for behaviour and achievement.

The Candidate
The successful candidate will:

• Hold QTS (or equivalent teaching qualification) or be an ECT
• Have experience teaching French and Spanish at KS3 and KS4
• Be confident delivering GCSE MFL content
• Demonstrate strong classroom management and organisational skills
• Be committed to supporting pupil progress and engagement
