An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Luxury Car Sales Executive to join an established and highly regarded luxury automotive dealership in Kensington, London .

This is not a traditional volume sales environment. We are looking for a polished, ambitious and commercially driven sales professional who understands the expectations of discerning customers and knows how to deliver a truly exceptional buying experience.

With a £30,000 basic salary and uncapped commission , the earning potential is significant, with £65,000+ OTE achievable for successful performers. For an exceptional candidate with a strong track record in luxury automotive sales, there may be flexibility on the basic salary.

The Opportunity

You will be responsible for managing the complete customer journey - from initial enquiry through to sale and handover - building long-term relationships with affluent and high-net-worth clients.

You'll be selling some of the most desirable vehicles in the market, so this role requires more than traditional sales ability. Product knowledge, discretion, confidence and a genuine passion for luxury cars are essential.

You will be expected to develop your own client portfolio, generate repeat and referral business, negotiate high-value transactions and consistently deliver a level of service that matches the product.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry to vehicle handover.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth and discerning customers.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Sell both new and used luxury vehicles across a premium product portfolio.
• Conduct highly personalised showroom appointments and vehicle demonstrations.
• Discuss and present finance, warranty, protection and aftersales products.
• Negotiate high-value transactions confidently and professionally.
• Develop repeat, referral and networking opportunities to generate new business.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales activity through CRM systems.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience at every stage of the buying journey.
• Stay informed on current and upcoming luxury vehicle products, specifications and market trends.
• Support and mentor junior members of the sales team where appropriate.

What We're Looking For

Ideally, you will have 3+ years' experience in automotive sales , preferably within a premium, prestige or luxury brand, together with a proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.

However, automotive experience is not essential for the right person .

We are also interested in hearing from exceptional sales professionals who have sold high-value luxury products or services - for example within luxury retail, watches, jewellery, fashion, private aviation, property, yachts or other premium sectors.

What matters most is that you can demonstrate:

• Exceptional communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and a professional approach.
• Strong digital and CRM skills.
• A genuine passion for cars and the luxury automotive market .
• A full UK driving licence.
