The Role

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the growth of the business by identifying and engaging with prospective clients. Working closely with Financial Advisers and client-facing teams, you will act as the first point of contact for potential clients, introducing the firm's services and helping to generate new business opportunities.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their knowledge of the financial services sector while building valuable experience in business development and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients through telephone, email, and other communication channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
• Introduce new clients to Financial Advisers and support the client on boarding process.
• Secure commitment from prospective clients to progress conversations and complete relevant documentation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within internal systems and databases.
• Support business development campaigns and client engagement initiatives.
• Research and identify new opportunities for business growth.
• Manage workload and diary effectively to maximise productivity.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the wider business.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and external stakeholders.

Essential

• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Ability to build rapport and establish relationships quickly.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Competent IT skills, including experience using Microsoft Office applications.
