Location: Northallerton, North Yorkshire
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Business Support Officer to support the newly formed School Transport Business Support Team based at County Hall. The role is 25 hours split across 5 days.
As a Senior Business Support Officer, you will provide high-quality administrative support to your immediate colleagues and the wider team you support. The role will be responsible for the day to day co-ordination of the team, dealing with complex queries and phone calls, producing eligibility letters for parents, updating routes and mapping layers in the system and ensuring all post 16 transport applications are processed.
The role requires excellent organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
