Ensuring all facilities and public areas are properly maintained and presented to the facilities standard guidelines. Ensuring quality standards and procedures are fully understood, implemented and regularly reviewed.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring all facilities and public areas are properly maintained and presented to the facilities standard guidelines.
• Ensuring quality standards and procedures are fully understood, implemented and regularly reviewed.
• Assisting customer services team in the delivery of facility services.
• Work effectively with colleagues across departments to ensure a harmonious working environment where all employees are treated with respect and dignity.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• On-site training will be provided - previous experience not essential.
• Team working.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with clear and concise verbal communication skills.

Further Information

Work Time: Shifts available - Tuesday 5:30pm to 9:30pm; Friday 5:30pm to 9:30pm; Saturday 3:30pm to 7:30pm; Sunday 6:30pm to 10:30pm. You will ideally have previous cleaning, maintenance experience within a multi-purpose facility incorporating conferencing, sports and fitness facilities.
