ICT Support Officer

£32.91k - £42.96k per annum

Job description

ICT Support Officer (12 month contract) To provide a comprehensive ICT support service to the organisation as part of the existing helpdesk facility.

Responsibilities

  • Provide ICT support for all Choice Housing and Choice Services users.
  • Provide basic training to users in the use of their work issued ICT equipment (including desktop PCs, laptops, tablet devices, desk phones and mobile phones).
  • Diagnose, resolve and document issues logged by users via the ICT Job Ticket software.
  • Under direction of the ICT Technical Manager investigate the root cause of problems, document, and communicate any identified fixes to the ICT Technical Manager.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Previous experience in a similar role for a minimum of 6 months.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Windows 10 and 11 Operating Systems & use of OneDrive and MS Teams.

Desirable Skills

  • Degree in ICT or similar level qualification;
