About the role:

We are working with a well-established Acumatica cloud ERP partner that is expanding its pre-sales function to keep pace with growing mid-market demand. As Pre-Sales / Solution Architect you will be the technical face of the sales cycle — translating prospective clients' business challenges into compelling, credible Acumatica solutions. You'll sit between sales, delivery and the customer, owning the story from first discovery call through tailored demonstration to signed statement of work. With Acumatica 2026 R1 driving fresh interest across manufacturing, distribution and construction, this is a strong moment to join a partner investing in its pre-sales capability.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead discovery workshops to uncover client pain points and translate business objectives into well-structured ERP solutions. Design and deliver tailored, executive-level Acumatica demonstrations that show real business value rather than generic feature tours. Own the technical narrative within RFP/RFI responses, working alongside sales and delivery to produce clear functional and technical scope, statements of work and accurate effort estimates. Architect end-to-end solutions spanning core Acumatica financials, distribution and manufacturing modules, ISV add-ons and integrations with e-commerce, EDI and BI tooling. Stay current with the Acumatica roadmap and the wider UK ISV ecosystem so recommendations are always credible and future-proof.

What We're Looking For:

Five or more years working with Acumatica or a comparable mid-market cloud ERP, with at least two years in a solution architect or senior pre-sales capacity. Genuinely strong presentation, facilitation and consultative communication skills — you can hold a room of finance and operations stakeholders and make complex solutions feel simple. Hands-on product knowledge across core modules, plus a working understanding of ISV add-ons and common integration patterns. The commercial instinct to connect technical decisions to business outcomes, cost and risk. Comfort working across the full sales cycle, from early qualification to close, in a hybrid, client-facing role based out of the Leeds area.
