Assistant Asset Manager needed in Worthing

This is a temporary role and the rate is £18.85ph Umbrella

The successful candidate will cover landlord and tenant enquiries, administration of the estate, using the finance system, dealing with external consultants, and service charges.  It is not a maintenance or facilities role, but some work involves instructing repairs and other works.

The role will require attendance in the office/onsite three days per week. Attendance: Consider this as 4 or 5 days per week salary pro rata.  Attendance in the office in Worthing on Mondays, Wednesdays, and usually one other day. If a candidate is appropriate for this role we may consider two days a week as acceptable.
