As our Trust Clinical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening clinical leadership, developing evidence-informed practice and improving outcomes for autistic children and young people across our schools.
Working closely with senior leaders, clinicians and educators, you will help shape a coherent and ambitious clinical offer, build professional capability and ensure that therapeutic expertise contributes meaningfully to every aspect of school life.
This is a rare opportunity to influence practice beyond a single service or setting. You will help develop integrated approaches across education, therapy and safeguarding, contribute to innovative practice and support our ambition to continually strengthen and evolve our clinical provision.
