Teacher of Religious Studies
Start date: September 2026
Brampton Manor Academy is seeking to appoint a highly committed Teacher of Religious Studies to join our successful RS department from September 2026.
Religious Studies is a core subject at Key Stages 3 and 4, where we teach the AQA GCSE specification, and is a popular option at Key Stage 5, following the OCR A Level specification. Student outcomes at both GCSE and A Level are consistently strong, underpinned by high expectations, secure subject knowledge and disciplined classroom practice.
The successful candidate will have strong subject knowledge, a genuine enthusiasm for Religious Studies and the ability to teach across the age range. The post would suit an ECT or an experienced teacher who thrives in a structured, high-expectations environment and is committed to securing excellent outcomes for all students. A TLR may be available for a suitably experienced candidate.
