Are you a data-driven Reward professional looking for an opportunity to influence business performance and employee experience in a large, fast-paced organisation?

We're partnering with a well-established national business to recruit a talented Reward & Data Analyst . This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in developing and delivering reward strategies that attract, motivate and retain exceptional talent.

Combining reward expertise with strong analytical capability, you'll work closely with HR leaders and stakeholders across the business to ensure reward programmes remain competitive, compliant and aligned to organisational objectives.

What You'll Be Doing

As a trusted Reward specialist, you'll have responsibility for:

• Developing and implementing reward initiatives, policies and programmes.
• Conducting salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitiveness.
• Designing and reviewing incentive, bonus and recognition schemes.
• Supporting annual salary review and pay planning processes.
• Managing and reviewing employee benefits programmes.
• Ensuring reward practices remain compliant with relevant legislation and governance requirements.
• Providing expert advice and recommendations to HR teams and business leaders.
• Producing insightful data analysis, dashboards and reports to support decision-making.
• Identifying opportunities to improve reward processes, systems and data reporting capabilities.
• Communicating reward initiatives clearly and effectively across the organisation.

What We're Looking For

We're keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate:

Proven experience within a Reward, Compensation & Benefits or Reward Analyst role.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present meaningful data insights.

Experience conducting salary benchmarking and job evaluation exercises.

Knowledge of UK reward practices, employment legislation and employee benefits.

Experience reviewing and administering incentive schemes and reward programmes.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and a commercially focused mindset.
