GSL are looking for enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants (LSA's) to support children with identified learning needs including SEN (Special Educational Needs) and SEMH needs (Social Emotional & Mental Health) in an Ofsted rated 'Outstanding' School. You will have opportunities for development and to support pupils in the classroom, in 1:1 and group interventions and in extracurricular/ enrichment activities including Forest School, Sports and School Trips.
As a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in providing dedicated support to a specific student with unique learning requirements. Your responsibilities will include working closely with the classroom teacher and other professionals to implement a personalised learning plan tailored to the student's needs.

Responsibilities:
* As a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant you will provide one-to-one support to a specific student with learning needs.
* Assist in the implementation of individualised education plans.
* As a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant you will collaborate with teachers, Special Education Coordinators, and other professionals to support the student effectively.
* Foster a positive and supportive relationship with the student to promote their well-being and engagement.
* As a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant you will monitor and track the student's progress, providing feedback to the teacher and parents as needed.
* Collaborate with other professionals to ensure a holistic support system. Qualifications and Skills: * Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for supporting student success.
* Initiative and a willingness to collaborate with the teaching team.
