Corporate Tax Manager & Senior Manager - M&A
Edinburgh, Glasgow or Newcastle
Salary: £50,000 - £80,000 + Benefits
- Growth Opportunity: Join a growing team advising on tax implications of various transactions.
- Client-Centric Role: Work closely with clients on acquisitions, disposals, MBOs, and reorganisations.
- Technical Tax Advice: Provide advice on mergers & acquisitions, exits, refinancing, equity raising, debt raising, and business reorganisation.
- Due Diligence: Support tax due diligence assignments.
- Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong client and intermediary relationships.
- Collaboration: Work with colleagues across various tax and finance disciplines.
- Legislation Monitoring: Keep abreast of tax legislation changes and communicate impacts.
- Team Development: Train and coach junior colleagues.
- Experience: Assistant Manager grade or above in corporate tax (compliance background considered)
- Leadership: Demonstrated leadership in work and professional learning.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to influence and impact others positively.
- Qualifications: CA and/or CTA (or equivalent) is essential.
- Management: Experience in line management or coaching in an advisory setting is desirable.
